Insurance I accept in Florida

In Florida I'm in-network with Aetna, Ascension (SmartHealth), Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Oscar (Optum), Oxford (Optum), and United Healthcare (Optum). Billing runs through Headway, so with an in-network plan you pay only your copay.

If your plan isn't listed, sessions are $200 for 50 minutes and I provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Details on the Fees & Insurance page.

Common questions

Do you have an office in Florida?

No — my practice is fully online. Sessions happen over secure, HIPAA-compliant video, so you can meet with me from Miami, Orlando, Tampa, or anywhere else in Florida.

What if I travel or split time between states?

You need to be physically located in Florida or New York at the time of our session. Since I'm licensed in both, the work can continue if you move or snowbird between them.
