Confusing patterns in relationships usually have roots: in attachment history, in family dynamics, in what you learned early about love, conflict, and closeness. Understanding where a pattern comes from gives you more leverage to change it.
We'll look at what's showing up in your relationships now, trace it back to where it came from, and figure out what you want to do differently.
Relationship work in individual therapy isn't only for when things have broken down. It's also for when things feel stuck, distant, or like you keep having the same conversation without resolution. If there's something in your relationships you want to understand better, that's enough of a reason.
